Cancelling orders

In some cases, you may need to cancel orders. This includes if a Buyers Portal item has sold on eBay but it no longer available on our site or Amazon.

Cancel/Refund Method

Upload a track taco number using the buyer's city, state & estimated delivery date by visiting this link https://www.tracktaco.com/.

We recommend purchasing 100 credits for $25 as this will be well worth the investment and you will likely need more tracking numbers as orders begin to accumulate.

Once the order is marked as delivered, refund the customer. To do this, click the drop down button next to "View order details" on the eBay Sold page and click Send refund (important: select other adjustments for the refund reason, never select out of stock or any of the other options as this can hurt your metrics).

You can inform the buyer ahead of time that you will have to refund the order due to the item being lost in transit by the carrier and unfortunately are all sold out of units for a replacement and apologize for the inconvenience.
